  1. Yes of course! Deal with a reputable real estate broker such as Coldwell Banker. I bought a condo in Cabo and I’m happy!

  2. Prefer to read than watch video. But, you are doing a great service for folks in USA and helping the locals.

    • Not yet, but it is on my list. A few of our friends and neighbors have had to deal with their significant other dying here after retiring here in Mexico.

Excellent and informative, thank you making it easy to understand. As an owner of 2 properites in Mexico one in Nayarit and another in Jalisco in bank trusts it gives me greater confidence in how we hold the properties both being coastal. I will be forwarding this to my tax guy that a majority of huis clients are expats. Thank you so much!

  8. Another awesome video!!

  9. Great Information

  10. Hi again Paul,

Look like you may forget to add c.c. / subtitle for this footage? Please add it for me and Deafies. Thanks.

  11. Hello what was the website for looking at real estate in Mexico http://www.tri???

  12. I’m building a rental income house on a beach front lot (I’m an American citizen not Mexican citizen), how do I go about creating a Mexican business entity/LLC for my income property? Pro & Cons?

    • The best way is to contact a legal firm like Mexlaw to set it up. The cons are the annual fees associated with having to use an outside accounting firm (a requirement for your Mexican biz). Some of them can get pretty pricey. Another con may come in the form of taxes when it is time to sell.
