Hi Paul, great video, as always. A detail is that the SRE has not been issuing citizenships for one year now, due to COVID. They are not sure when they will start working again.

The biggest pro is that you will be able to hold direct title over land located inside the restricted zone, and no, it will not affect your U.S. citizenship.
